Something Wired This Way Comes...

I am alive, in my new Chicago digs, and the only thing holding me back from this blog is some ongoing confusion about getting my internet connection up and running. (The phone's a little on the fritz, too.)

I can't wait to log back into this project and get back in touch with you all... thanks to all of you who have written, while I've been stealing quick moments of wireless connectivity whenever I can find them. Shouldn't be too much longer now!

    here is what is terribly wrong about all this. I shout "Nick is alive!" and The Boyfriend, seeing what I'm looking at says " it's kind of sick that being online is synonomous with being alive"

    ...so yeah, i'm not telling my therapist about that.
